Goodnight friends! Just a little warmer, but quite a bit more blustery, leathery flap of dinner-plate sycamore-maple leaves, twisting back and forth between waxy green and pale lilac undersides. Heavier and darker skies most of the day, an almost ceaseless loose pattering of falling droplets on and off, rarely amounting to anything as dense or fierce as actual rain.
Got my sleep slightly under control, but struggling with pain overnight still, and pretty miserable for a while in the morning before things gradually evened out. Another sensible, but frustratingly cautious week at judo – conscious of keeping my health stable over rsummer with some events and outings coming up.
