Goodnight friends! Surprisingly clear today. A cool clammy feeling at first and some sheets of heavy rumpled grey, especially to start, but as the day warmed — and kept warming, eventually to 26°c in the afternoon — cloud cover boiled away a little, soft-edged ragged confetti scraps silver-edged in the sun. Scraps of strobing butterfly colours, yellow flickers as miniature ragworts and scrappy clumps of hawksbeards making the most of the long slow tail of summer.
Some grinding pangs of pain, otherwise feeling mostly recovered. Still more than a little sluggish but accomplishing things bit by bit, able to write and draw a fair amount for me, resting in between and alternating my hazy focus on different activities seems to help my stamina last a little longer.
