Goodnight friends! A dreary midday period of soft, pale grey drizzle, but morning and late afternoon were both fairly clear and bright, balmy-feeling 15°c with the gossamer caress of sun warmth on my brow. Butterflies and glassily shining insects everywhere, bottle flies glittering at rest, gatekeeper butterflies dancing in tight helix pairs, vibrant flash of orange-tips, a striking pastel holly blue. More little stars of various chickweeds bright among the grass, dog violets and purple henbit on rougher ground.

Woke up in a lot of pain again, and spent a few dazed hours getting myself brain partially assembled. Changeable weather and the way pressure and humidity pluck at my overturned nerves is maybe the main culprit, but the cycle of poor sleep and increased pain and reduced resilience is also in play. Had a debilitating spell of dizziness and vertigo for a few hours as well. Fortunately a friend was over and helped me stay safe and get some food. Being able to chat quietly to refocus my attention was also a great relief.

May we allow ourselves to be open to new insights and experiences today!
