Goodnight friends! Weather flipping rapidly between bright and gloomy, crisp white-rimmed clouds in wide misty blue and heavy swollen grey cumulus. Brisk cold winds, around 10°c most of the day, and frequent brief bouts of rain. Mostly light drizzle, once a snap downpour with low growls of thunder. Delicate pale pink wild roses stippled with droplets. Constant gossiping swash of full canopies, breeze making leaves shed secondary flurries of raindrops.
A slow, steady recovery day, keeping movement careful and miminal, letting household tasks pile up a little for when I have more energy to face them. A short walk between showers in the morning, a long lounge after lunch and dinner over at my girlfriend’s house again. Her dog snuffling contentedly, laying her long jaw across my knee.
