Goodnight friends! A little warmer, around 14°c, and several slow bright passages between dense white clouds. Horse-chestnut candles still bright but just beginning to sag, tiny white quatrefoil flowers on coiling velcro stems of catchweed bedstraw. Cleared somewhat again for a while in the evening, days long enough now that there was a blue glow along the horizon as 10pm approached, a bright light I thought might be venus among wisps of lavender cirrus.

Took a walk in the morning, feeling feeling warm pressure of sunlight as clouds slid overhead. After that a long, slow restful day with the aim of being in good condition for judo after being relatively active yesterday. Seemed like a fairly successful tactic – dizziness still swelling from time to time, but pacing was easier and overall everything felt a bit more manageable.

May we find ways to generously give and allow oursleves to receive care today!
