Goodnight friends! Cloud cover softer and more even, a slow steady throb of light and diffuse shade. A little more humid and still, but the suffusing, almost eerily 26°c warmth continues. Hawthorn haws and white bryony berries slowly darkening towards crimson and coral red. More wheeling, shrieking silver flechette shapes of gulls, maybe wary of more intruders.
Resting through yesterday seems to have helped a bit, a good bit less bodily pain and easier to manage my bodily response to the humidity. Still poor sleep and a slow, somewhat sluggish, grinding start but things eased up as I went and gradually my thinking became less hazy and I began to feel more mobile.
