Goodnight friends! Lots of soft, transparent cloud cover, sunlight simmering through broad spreads of tesselating tortoiseshell clouds. Colours rich and intense, berries incandescent and each hawkbit flower a yellow flare in the grass, dewy grass sparkling. Dappled light caressing lilypad explosions of stacked honey fungus. High summer warmth, 24°c with a slighty muggy feeling in the air, mingling smells of growth and decay.
Sleep a struggle again as the night air rapidly cools beneath open skies and temperature and pressure drops quickly, but after another slow lie-in morning I managed to keep to the pattern of being fairly active and productive, household admin, drawing, walking and going through a longer stretching and mobility routine with a friend on video. Missing my girlfriend, luckily she’s back from her holiday in a few days.
May we find a refreshed sense of play, experiment and childlike curiosity today!
