Goodnight friends! 19°c and at first grey and muggy, a slowly swelling tension in the air. For a while in the early afternoon the humidity slackened and we had few fair hours of broad, silver-edged slowly rolling banks of cumulus and high, white stippled cloud. Sharp, acrid bonfire scent of roadworks and burning leaves, smoke and bitumen, mingling with the musky musty stale green smell of stalky antenna ivy flowers coming into bloom.
Some heavier cognitive malaise, partly delayed from the TTRPG session manifested today – making decisions, organising myself to simple chains of actions and keeping focus were all very tough. Felt like a little bit of a lost day, drifting and losing memory, but able to rest and be mildly physically active for short periods.
May we find a sense of calm and acceptance in our lives today!
