Goodnight friends! Cool and damp, the air with a slightly.raw sandpapery chill feeling despite getting as high as 12°c. Overcast and heavy in the morning, but while clouds continued to pile high and grey in the north the rest of the sky cleared fairly nicely for a few afternoon hours. Heavy , shining strings of raindrops sparkled glassy bright on heavy-laden grass stems. Rain picked up again as dark drew in, a slow pebbly clatter lasting for hours.

Fortunately feeling mostly recovered, soreness in my arm not impeding movement any more, some lingering dizzy spells and nausea but no spikes of feverish shivering or sweating. Back to judo, plowing steadily through more technical drills, which I still find myself really engaged with.

May we treat each other with care and thoughtfulness today!
