Goodnight friends! Less windy today but still clear, with the same mineral tang of damp on the air, same crumbling ribcage arches and gauze veils of of thin white cloud in a dark blue sky. A little less summery, around 18°c in the heat of the afternoon but not feeling quite warm. Pale green pinecones turning brown and hard, holly tree alight with scarlet berries, brindled rusty-coloured fox perched briefly on a garden fence.
Sleep rough again but after a few hours dazedly reassembling myself, overall a pleasant and energetic day. By carefully pacing things out and separating activities I managed a nice buffet kind of a day, some small bits of drawing, household tasks, and a little exercise too. Clear weather definitely helping to tamp down on the scraping going pain.
May we experience the world around us with clear and refreshed senses today!
