Goodnight friends! The pale grey sky has rained itself dry for now, but still the weather is cool and a little damp, only the merest slivers of silvery light breaking through. A heavy bitter cocoa scent of wet earth and growth. Meadows dappled with low-lying specks of yellow rattle and trefoil, purple clover and vetch, and ocassional uncanny towering standard-poles of foxglove, the tallest looming almost two metres. Grey light drinks up colour under the trees, undergrowth bathed in an almost phosphorescent glow.

Gradually regaining more and confidence in the stability of my back, and that my body generally is more-or-less coming back to a familiar position. Hoping to try out another return to exercise tomorrow, play things by ear and acknowledge some trouble my joints are having with the damp.

May we express our earnest love and support to each other today, and work to make a practise of sharing our feelings more fully and deeply!
