Goodnight friends! Another very bleak and grey day, light wan and eveninglike through the whole shortening span of the day. Feeling colder than the 8-14°c range the forecast claimed. No dramatic flailing gusts of wind or chiselling diagonal rain, just a constant slow cold patter of drizzle
A really long and exhausting day for me, out to an afternoon workshop about making natural ink from local plants. Some stunning colours, and a reconnection with unpredictable, tangible physical media, and also the longest time I’ve spent out of my house in months, a lot of focus and mental activity in damp weather. Flagged pretty hard towards the end. Glad I took the opportunity, and fortunately the next few days as set up for a lot of rest and recovery.
May we find ideas and experiences that help us to stretch beyond our comfort zones today!
