Goodnight friends! Weather remaining about the same, 23°c but feeling quite a bit cooler and heavy from the damp, despite still having fairly long bright interludes between the leaden clouds where long sepia shadows streaked the ground. Ground squishy and dark from overnight rain, crystal blisters of raindrops weighing down the lolling tongues of grass stems and thickly jeweling cobwebs.

Sleep remaining troubled, but felt generally more active and alert physically and mentally. Paced the day out between activity and quiet rest. Took a longer walk, stretched, did a little drawing and research and even go to have a heartening chat on the phone with a friend.

May we listen and learn with humility and respect today!
