Goodnight friends! Feeling of sultry damp definitely lingering in the air, although the temperature dropped very noticeably, down to a diffuse, overcast 12°c. Breeze-tossed midland hawthorn flowers astonishing bright, finely plated Welsh poppies and drifts of trembling buttercups everywhere

Mostly recovered from the weekend, I think, somd periods of deep exhaustion but no major crashes. Slept a little better, maybe partly due to the pressure evening out. Did some stretching and mobility, ‘reactivating’ my body that way felt really good. Sleep coming on fast, hopefully of a another relatively restoring night’s rest.

May we find deeper compassion and wisdom in our lives today!
