Goodnight friends! Clear but a little cool in the morning, rising to 14°c by early afternoon. Foxtails beginning to puff out and sway, dandelions and buttercups a stratum of speckled brilliant yellow below purple amd white bluebells. Air full of twinkling dream-like motion, flutter of falling cherry petals, horizontal drift and twirl of butterflies, the upward sparks of bee flights.
Pain definitely improved, gradually sleeping a little better night by night and seized up with aches for only a brief period on waking. Took a short walk and managed my full program of stretches without too much difficulty. Was able to do a little writing and relax with a film in the evening without losing myself to a numb, hazy distracted discomfort.
