Good evening friends! A cloudier and muggier day, mostly fairly bright with slowly throbbing shadows and as hot as 24°c in the afternoon but with a closer, more sweltering feeling prickling on my skin. The delicate floating frothy patches of cow-parsley swayed above pools of bluebells speckled with dandelion sunbursts, a faint drying sweetness of mown grass in the sun on top of the soft honey haze from hundreds on hundreds of sun-warmed flowers.
A little achey over another restless night and through the day as the pressure changed a little, my joints and the forecast both suggest some rain is coming up. Hopefully it can hold off just a little while, because my girlfriend is sleeping over tonight and we’re planning a small anniversary outing to the woods tomorrow. Trying to relax today to gather energy and prepare, mostly just a little further TTRPG creative work.
