Goodnight friends! Fairly full, sweeping white cumulus clouds through most of the day, though patchy enough that there were still sharp-edged deep indigo shadows, a slow, thick green luminosity beneath the linden trees and a light, dry feeling to the air. Warm, gentle 23°c, gawky, long-legged young magpies strutting nervously across the grass.
Rest and recovery day, the normal menu pretty much. A lot of general muscle aches and twinges and a fairly standard painful, sickening bodily heaviness. A lot of careful rest and strong limits on activity, aiming for slowness, caution, relaxation.
May we find deeper connections to each other and to our communities today!
