Goodnight friends! A mounded cottony scattering of white cumulus clouds drifting slowly by, a fairly stedyz gentle sunlit 23°c. Dense bushels of lime green ash keys swelling among sun-darkened foliage. Most of the wan yellow wild grasses have been shorn down to spiky, unappealing stubble now, and orange-flanked grasshoppers jostle and spar in the remaining islet of dense lolling stalks, buzzing out short bursts of angry stridulation and eventually kicking out at each other when they end up sharing a gravestone soloist’s platform.
Recovering still, sleep not too bad but everything feeling a bit heavy, a bit sore, slow and tepid. My mind somewhat clearer, at least in brief bursts, and I managed a little writing. A heavy spell of fatigue after I took a walk and was slow to diffuse into normal exhaustion.
May we find peace and patience in our loves today!
