Goodnight friends! Slightly warmer, around 25°c, and resolutely more overcast. Heavy sealed-shut whitish clouds covering everything for most of the day, a few murky blue grey tufts drifting below the pale, hushed sky. Sometimes the sun punched though clearly, golden disc slightly tarnished by the milky atmospheric diffusion. Thankfully not nearly so humid as it first seemed things would become. More and more hawthorn berries swelling crimson and glistening dark blackberries.
Feeling my general physical condition improve swiftly today, managed a little light exercise and a longer walk without too many problems. Cognitive stuff a bit more tricky, joined-up thinking and sustained focus hard to come by.

May we find kindness and companionship today!
