Goodnight friends! Slightly cooler, around 24°c and still with a slightly glutinous sense of humidity from time to time. Mostly though cloud cover was thin, contrails being scraped out into tissue-thin transparent veils and poplar leaves shimmering in a mild, straw scented breeze. Green glowing shade beneath the arched canopies of ash and linden trees, some of the broad sycamore-maple foliage beginning to curl in and shrivel.

Another rough day of pain and malaise, leaden weight and a constantly shifting bone-deep ache. Improving bit by bit, but not enough to confidently take on any significant exercise without worry of pushing myself into a relapse. Just resting and getting by mostly, a short walk to keep my joints mobile but otherwise being as still and quiet as I could.

May we work to overcome and replace the behaviours and thought patterns that no longer serve us today!
