Goodnight friends! Around 26°c again, the air feeling drier with clouds mostly thin and high and flat, smooth smudge-edged white sheets in a pale blue sky. White gold grass shivered and hummed with the tinny whirr of grasshoppers. Darting squadrons of heavy-headed dragonflies with dark flickering wings jinked and wove about 4 metres up. Bauble strings of scarlet white bryony berries hang from cypress hedges, hogweed umbells
Another slow, somewhat cautious and restful day, feeling much better but not pushing anything too hard. Aching pulses of pain from time to time, but fatigue feels under much better control. A little drawing and writing, a short walk, but mostly pottering around carefully, aiming for relaxation and patience.
May we find a sense of play and curiosity in our lives today!
