Goodnight friends! A rippling pale grey sky for most of the day after a few bright morning hours, clouds cascading and swirling under the fitful force of the wind. Thin peeping and chirping of chick in there nests – found a fallen chick and managed to pick it up out of the path and tuck it back up beside its nest. Mesmerising spirals within the centres of ox-eye daisies.

Heavy and exhausted post judo, felt a little better than last time, but still a few unpleasant spells of dizziness and nausea. Felt good to challenge my body and get moving as much as I could, though.

May we find steadiness and acceptance today!
