Goodnight friends! A little cool, around 13°c with a slight slick feeling of humidity early in the day that gradually subsided as the sky opened up bit by bit. Parasol peach and purple columbines opening up in gardens, lax silky petals of poppies fluttering in every breeze. Bristly yellow sow-thistle and burgeoning patches of green alkanet beneath the hedges.
A fairly heavy recovery day, often a slight shock to the system after a week off. A few specific muscle twinges on top of the general lead weight of malaise. A lot of lying propped up in bed, a little careful movement and picking away at TTRPG writing. In the evening my girlfriend brought me over to her place for dinner, and to lie around dozing with her dog half-paying attention to nature documentaries.
