Very hard to get going heavily exhausted and with aching over-tight musles reacting to the shock of starting to exericise again. Struggled to leave my bed til late in the afternoon. Thankfully my girlfriend joined me for a low key date and group video chat, and to help me cook and tidy in the evening.
