Goodnight friends! Around 12°c, wind occasionally buffeting but not chilly or forceful. Cloud cover slid over, light very changeable beneath heavy grey lids of cumulus and thin, tattered flat cirrus sheets. Pink apple blossoms beginning to open up, so much paler than their almost magenta buds would suggest.

A fairly typical recovery day, low energy and with taut, hot aches appearing here and there, strumming my muscles discordantly as I move. Didn’t manage to get mobile until late in the afternoon, but had enough focus to do quite a bit of drawing in multiple short bursts. My girlfriend came round for a our usual slow, relaxed dinner date, everything easy.

May we find a sense of agency and purpose in our lives today!
