Goodnight friends! A mild-feeling 14°c, much gentler beneath an expansive blue sky, with only thin, timid stipplings of cloud for most of the morning and afternoon. Trees all aflame in a panoply of orange and gold, scattered yellow sparks from the ragged flowers in the grass.
Felt much improved in the morning, despite sleep still a little disturbed by cold and damp. Enough energy for a little drawing and some household tasks on top of a walk, feeling fairly confident, but hit a fairly sudden slump of energy in the afternoon and had to sit quietly the rest of the day. Recovery still ongoing, then, though general signs still feel encouraging to me.
