Goodnight friends! Sky clearing over the late morning and early afternoon as we headed home. Blurred pink banks of massed willowherbs and silvery mugwort along the verges. A little warmer at around 25°c, with a similar humid morning to yesterday drying out gradually over the day. The late afternoon was empty, blazing azure.
Definitely still at an unlucky low ebb of energy, not quite a full crash but my system feeling dysregulated, constant ground-glass pain in my joints and a few intense spells of nauseated dizziness and exhaustion over the day. Rested pretty strictly once I got home, slowly regaining stability and symptoms evening out bit by bit.
May we find rest and healing today!
