Goodnight friends! A softly overbearing, heavy feeling of damp and pressure for be, despite the humidity seeming to start fairly even. No rain today either, just wild and breathy wind stirring and shaking through patches of tall oat grass that brush my shoulder. Ragwort shooting upward, brighter jade green colour at the tips of new shoots.
Recovery continuing, leaking energy fairly quickly but able to do somewhat abbreviated versions of things I wanted – a few small household tasks scattered over the day, a short walk and some relaxed doodling. Pain omnipresent, ebbing and swelling, I feel hot grinding in my shoulders and elbows and knees anhups.
