Goodnight friends! Very bright and fair, a dry and dazzling 24°c. Sparse, firey-edged white clouds drifting slowly overhead. Straggling, scratchy patches of dry golden grass. Smouldering strobing of broad orange wings as painted ladies alight delicately on the buddleja. Cherry laurel fruits darkening among glossy, leathery green teardrop leaves.
A relatively mild-feeling recovey period so far, an unmistakable general malaise and heaviness from exertion, a lot of time in bed or struggling to sit upright, but a gradual lifting of my spirits and essing of the worst fatigue as the day drew on. Managed a little drawing in brief, scattered moments of full lucidity.
May we find a sense of community and purpose in our lives today!
