Goodnight friends! A little cooler but still mild, around 12°c, a soft misty haze clinging among distant trees and a faint grey sparkle of dew on the grass. Clouds gathering, but still mostly white and high in a mostly blue sky. Fog closed in again as night fell, amber lamppost smears in the dark and the waning moon a ghostly blur among gathering cumulus mounds.
A rare weekend judo session, fortunately shorter than weekday evening classes, a little extra revision for the upcoming grading. Resting pretty strictly the rest of the day, except for a little drawing. Feeling generally sore and run down, unsurprisingly, but these theory sessions are turning out to be far less gruelling and incur less lasting malaise than learning about randori.
May we find a sense of stability and calm in our lives today!
