Goodnight friends! Cool again, about 8°c and grey to start with another long, dull drizzling morning. Fortunately the rain was lighter and less constant, and the clouds parted gradually over the day. Still some freshly blooming little out-of-season flowers, though the hawkbits and the henbits and the rest have taken a bit of a battering from the rain now, and the rhododendrons seem to have never quite come into full bloom.
Felt relatively fresh to start, continuing unsurprising stiffness and pain in my arm aside, but I faded fairly fast, stamina draining away with little warming. A much milder but still debilitating feeling of fluctuating feverish heat and cold and unsteady nauseous vertigo crept up on me over the evening. Fortunately my girlfriend came over for dinner, amd supported me to move around more and take a short walk outside too.
May we find a sense of clarity and self-awareness in our lives today!
