Goodnight friends! Fairly warm again, 17°c though feeling slightly lower thanks to a chill, damp breeze that bent the trembling yellow flames of the poplar trees. And, swift as a conjurer’s flourish, the sky is dazzlingly bright azure again, sunlight blazing down between roiling, splitting bulwarks of grey-footed cumulus clouds, fringing them in silver. Crocuses fluttering undone by the wind, petals splayed like cracked purple eggs, their brilliant gold stamens like powdery yolks.

Slept a bit better and took the day slow and easy, shepherding my energy, doing only very light bouts of activity and going through some stretches, careful of my ambition to attempt two low-key judo sessions this week as re-grading looms. The first one went fairly well, skipping out on sparring, but the next few days, possibly with collusion from the weather, will tell if I can do another.

May we find renewed ambition amd passion in our livdz today!
