Goodnight friends! Flitting quick-change weather, overnight drizzle sputtered out to leave a surly grey morning sky that flashed and flared into stuttering beams of brief dazzling afternoon sunlight glittering on wet grass. Temperature spiked to a muggy 22°c. By 4 pm a fresh curtain of light, cold rain started up again, and more fitful showers swept by hour by hour, until another steady stuttering overnight drizzle settled in for good after dark. Crystal quality to the inconstant light, grass and berries filled with a dreamlike brightness.
Pain definitely less constant and more manageable, a few big slumps of dissociated fatigue but mostly slow, needing to be careful but mobile and present. Managed a little aimless drawing and some stretches, as well as a nice chat on the phone with a friend. Very early on in the seasonal adjustment period, but slightly more confident I can dial in changes to my pacing bit by bit.
May we find a sense of silliness and play in our lives today!
