Goodnight friends! Sky clearing up and temperature hitting 20°c again, clouds thin and feathery, whipped by a fitful sweet-scented wind that hissed and shimmered in the bending poplars. Saw a squirrel scampering along with a spray of holly leaves and bright red berries in its jaws. Small, silvery buff bees dancing among the hawkbits and crane’s-bills. Little button-capped mushrooms sprouting up between pebbles and in shaggy green lean-tos beneath the damp grass.
Couldn’t get to sleep easily, so a faint dizzy haze followed me off and on through the day. Some drawing and stretches etc, but felt a little scattered. Judo too was a bit hit and miss, some cognitive absences and general brain fog making things slow and difficult. My girlfriend got back into town today at last, so tomorrow’s plan is probably a gentle hang out.
May we find perseverance and patience today!
