Goodnight friends! Broad banner-like sheets of dark bluegrey cloud blown on a hard, rattling breeze, brief sweeping curtains of drizzle. Soft and shadowless light, pale little lightbulbs of mushroom caps sprouting from the disturbed ground marking my path. After dark a thin, misty drizzle started up again, a soft steamy hiss among the trees and hazy plumes waving in the glow of streetlights.
Mind a little scattered and hazy today, losing track of conversations, time, ideas, very easily, in an annoying pervasive way that lead to me suddenly realising for the ‘first time’ that I was having significant cognitive lapses several times over. Definitely the slow upward ramp of pain is having an impact. I did manage some drawing, and the physical side of judo didn’t go too badly. A very slow restful day tomorrow I think!
May we find moments of unexpected joy in our lives today!
