Goodnight friends! Around 20°c again, with a faint chill of fungal dampness on a blustery temperamental breeze. Brief hot golden flashes of June heat as clouds split apart. Grey flittings and scuffles of grey squirrels scrabbling among the gravestones. Wildly twirling fine-veined wings of sycamore-maple seeds dance on the wind and lie strewn thickly across the tired and slumping grass.

Resting and recovering, everything in gentle half-measures nursing a general, heavy full body ache from the aftermath of exertion and the clammy changeable weather. In bed until early afternoon, then a sedate, careful ambling rise, halving my walking distance and taking frequent breaks to sit or lean. Cognitively not too bad, so easy enough to keep myself occupied and mostly stop my attention from fragmenting too badly. Hopefully fairly successful rest!

May we offer each other compassion and support today!
