Goodnight friends! Warm feeling, around 20°c, and a little damp in the air today, though sheets of grey cloud frequently ripped and tore into pale carp-scale scraps floating in azure. A few scrappy autumn hawkbits coming up and a late resurgent splash of ragworts, all jewelled with bright enamelled hoverflies, painted ladies and small coppers.
A little dizzy and off-kilter today, maybe another night of fitful sleep, maybe imvested a little too much energy in helping my girlfriend with dinner prep, I’m not quite sure. Struggled slightly at judo, though it was mostly curriculum stuff again so easy to take things slow.
May we find renewed fascination and curiosity for the world around us today!
