Goodnight friends! A fairly steady 20°c all day, full, dense cloud cover of rumpled white and grey. Bright but even, flat shadowless light. Ragworts in full bloom, vivid pink great willowherbs in flower too and everywhere among the grass hawkweeds bobbing on stiff, springy stems. Spectacular yellow and black spotted longhorn beetle perched like a tiger on a hogweed umbel.
Sleep remains very much llusive , even as the tatemperarure tumbles .toghermajmnger walk today and some scattered bits of writing. Body feeling decently well balanced overall, but not feeling entirely recovered from the optician visit.
