Goodnight friends! A fairly steady 16°c all day, at first lightly overcast with slivers of brightness between mosaic clouds. Purple clovers beginning to bloom, white gold seedheads of tall oat grass, bold black and red froghoppers. Gradually the clouds sealed themselves together and a lurking clamminess thickened, until early evening was solid grey and several spates of light rain began.

Slept pretty poorly as the pressure changed, a lot of aches overnight that continued troubling me on and off throughout today. Tweaked muscles easing up fairly well though. Managed my scattered and unpredictable energy fairly well though I think. Had a nice, low key hang-out with a friend and did a little writing, aiming to be patient and give my body time to adjust and recalibrate.

May we listen to each other with patience, acceptance and compassion today!
