Goodnight friends! Somewhat more overcast, especially in the morning and early afternoon, and a little warmer too, creeping tentatively up to 16°c for a little while once the sun emerged. Bees bouncing around the alkanets, chickweeds and bittercress like flecks of white foam ona swelling green wave, grass reaching upward, reinforces by buttercup and bedstraw leaves. Thin streaks and ribbons of cloud slowly turned pale pink in the smoky blue evening sky.
Sleep is still in that awkward skewed zone, discomfort and easy to slip into bad habits reinforcing each other. General bodily pain and malaise spiked several times over the day, a crushing hot poker sensation maybe connected to shifting weather or a more general reaction to activity. Small bits of admin and a bunch of little mechanical drawing tasks for my project, so I had some satisfying low energy activities to draw my focus when I had some available.
