Goodnight friends! More overcast, though the sky was still generally still bright and mobile. Much warmer during the day – as high as 17°c! Ruddy honeysuckle stems curl and twine, tightly-packed Japanese barberry coming into full sunburst yellow flower. The moon, only a thin sliver from full, shone cool and bright and remote in the night sky.

Sleep just a little better, still under the weight of a general sense of malaise and hazy grogginess that got worse later in the day. Judo was a bit of a wash, I muddled along and didn’t feel too bad at first, but I slowed down and everything became increasingly foggy over the session.

May we find time and space to reflect and learn from our experiences today!
