Good evening friends! A much-needed rest day this time – clumsy and treacle-headed, hauling myself around, bouncing from wall to wall sometimes as balance or strength flagged. Slowly stabilising now, but will be cautious tomorrow too.
Another grey soupy start, though not as dense or murky as yesterday, and thankfully one that was burned off bit by bit over the day. By mid-afternoon the sky was a dreamy, powdery pale blue, soft coppery light laying drowsily over dry meadows. More song and struggle from within the great head-high thickets of purple bramble, more sparks of brightness among the grass.
May we come closer to a point of peace and gentle acceptance with our past struggles and mistakes today!
