Goodnight friends! Gloomy patches passing over through the morning, interspersed with frequent flashes of honeyed light that came longer and more frequent as the day went on. The sunset hour, already before 5pm, was washed over with syrupy amber light, ghostly fish scales ans thin ribbons of golden cloud uncurling high above as a cold breeze scraped at my skin.
I think there was some rain overnight, which contributed to another night of bad sleep and a groggy, slow morning of recovery. Couldn’t really do much until afternoon, long hours of hazy stillness revitalising me a little. My girlfriend came over and we had a slow, relaxed dinner date.
May we find recovery and calm today!
