Goodnight friends! An early scattered sky in pale silvery layers and steady, if blustery 13°c. Cool wind tasting of stone and decay, flicker of sunlight rippling across afternoon lawns in their multicoloured motley. As the rapid gloom of evening started to close in the temperature dropped rapidly and rain, this time real, rattling diagonal rain that impacted solidly on my cheek and brow began to fall.
Pretty tired out feeling, a nervy chill spreading through my body and cramping, grinding pain coming on in sudden pulses. I had an interview scheduled for this possible medical trail scheduled for today but they had to postpone last minute, leaving me feeling a little scattered and confused. Another small evening soup making project with my girlfriend, though this time I was already feeling run down and couldn’t provide much more than ingredients.
May we find moments of contentment and safety in our lives today!
