Goodnight friends! A dramatic change, the sky temporarily drained of damp grey, a vast wash of pure blue only broken by the faintest white filaments of dissolving cloud. Not much warmer, but a relief still to feel less clammy air on my face. Holly berries turning from yellow to orange and on towards scarlet, long spatters of shadow and golden light on the grass.
Mostly a recovery day, a fairly pleasant amd relaxed one. Taking everything very gently, nursing exhaustion and a few stretched and twanging muscles. A cosy, familiar evening date, cooking a big vegan tofu and coconut milk korma with my girlfriend that has me excited for the leftovers.
May we find time and space to reflect on and more deeply understand our emotions today!
