Goodnight friends! Quiet and softly grey day, coldness muffled during shortening daylight hours by still air and a blanket of cloud, cool prickles of ocassional tiny rain droplets.
Very grateful for a wonderful visit from my girlfriend on an otherwise leaden and achey day. Not much sleep again due to soreness and overnight rain.
