Goodnight friends! Warmed up a little, 17°c and winds less boisterous. Sky sometimes iridescent white, later in the day more often scraped back to pale blue furrowed by translucent carp-scale clouds. Fragrant Mexican orange and pink-throated weigelas in gardens, springy antennae of spend dandelion seedheads tapping at the breeze.
Most of today was simple, spongy dulless of recovery, everything fogged over a little by pretty heavy malaise and exhaustion. No particular big muscle strains, but generally towards the heavier end of post exercise impact.
