Good evening friends! Clouds nearly burned away today, only thin teased out wisps and stripes of far up cirrus, green astringent taste of summer on a breeze busy with whorls of dancing white blossom. Fields all rippling green and gold, paths thickly dappled by wriggling sepia shadows.
My booster vaccine goal didn’t come through – criteria have shifted, and being clinically vulnerable isn’t enough any more. A little apprehensive about what that might mean for my risk levels over the summer. Since I was out anyway, got to walk by different fields and different trees at least, and across the stony skeleton footprint of a roman bathhouse.
May we find moments to refresh ourselves through communing with the living world around us today!
