Goodnight friends! Warmer and less windy again, a fairly clear start with scattered mackerel clouds and ragged white penants, sluggish winds only gradually picking up and gathering up gloomy piles of evening cumulus. As warm as 15°c in the afternoon, but sharply cooler morning and evening. Coconut creme scent of gorse flowers on the breeze, scrape and rustle of little living things in the bushes.

Not too different from a usual recovering Wednesday, a really heavy feeling of exhausted, confused half-paralysis through most of the morning. Cooking date with my girlfriend helped me get to grips with things a bit better, grounding myself in the physical, in sensations and simple tasks.

May we find relief from grief and dread, and renewed determination to work for better futures today!
