Goodnight friends! Wet and cool, fine rain falling silently for dreary grey hours, leaves with a soft oily gleam. Grass and mud both slithery and treacherous underfoot. Fresh batches of sweet violets popping up everywhere, scentless for now in the sodden air.
A slow and nondescript day until the evening, body a bit stiff and tender, easily fatigued. Spent a lovely evening with my girlfriend though, feeling replenished despite damp-sore joints.
